During this session, the PA PQC Advisory Group Co-chairs will review the collective impact and improvement opportunities across the PA PQC, with an update from the PA Maternal Mortality Review Committee (MMRC) as well. Presentations and panels will cover best practices for developing collaborative working relationships between birth hospitals and community organizations, how to visualize and act on PA PQC measures stratified by race/ethnicity to reduce disparities, and where and when to incorporate patient voice into your team’s quality improvement work. The PA PQC will also preview focus areas and programming for the upcoming April 2023 through March 2024 implementation period.
