Hadar Re'em

Hadar Re'em is a program associate for the Women's Health team, supporting the Pennsylvania Perinatal Quality Collaborative (PA PQC) and Perinatal Action Collaborative (PAC) in advancing the standard of care and improving healthcare outcomes for pregnant and postpartum people and their babies. To support the PA PQC, Hadar assists with session and event planning, data collection and reporting, website management, and presenting the PA PQC's resources and impact. Additionally, Hadar serves as a quality improvement coach for multi-disciplinary healthcare teams participating in the PA PQC. Hadar also supports the Perinatal Action Collaborative by maintaining the PAC website, assisting priority team facilitators and grant specialist.
