Birthing a Movement

The Jewish Healthcare Foundation and WHAMglobal organize an annual community event, “Birthing a Movement,” to raise awareness and activate local moms, families, maternal health providers, experts, and the greater community around maternal health issues. This one-of-a-kind event highlights actionable community priorities, including conceptualizing midwives as an integral part of perinatal care, improving postpartum insurance coverage, and advancing policies impacting maternal health care.
